Not as good as Stifle, but if you have a Cranial Plating in an artifact-heavy deck, a 12-power creature is easy and quick to come up with (Plus, for 1 mana more, you can put the cranial plating on the Dreadnought for a likely 1 attack win).

@ThatGeek: Uhm, you can only sacrifice your own creatures.
This guy can be sacrificed to Brion Stoutarm for 12 to the face for a 2 mana investment. Not too shabby.

Cemetery Puca is better than Volrath's Shapeshifter since the dreadnought will likely kill itself or be Terminated anyways.
