I like how the 6th edition rule changes actually made this card much more powerful than it was originally intended to be (which isn't really saying much) by greatly expanding its effectiveness. As it was printed, it would specifically NOT affect instants.

Might make for an interesting sideboard card. Highly situational, and you need to draw it early, but can be powerful.
