I think everyone is missing the BIGGEST thing that makes this card awesome. "Tap an untapped Zombie you control: Target land becomes a Swamp until end of turn." Do you not all see how crazy this is??!
Scenario. You've gotten, say, 10 zombies onto the battlefield, which isn't hard in most EDH decks where this will be used. Your opponent goes to tap out and play something big, like a Craterhoof behemoth say. You tap all your zombies and go "Umm, no you're not". They're not swamps 'in addition to their other types' like with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. They're swamps, and produce only black mana. Your opponent will get colourless mana in an EDH game, and if they're not playing black, any chance of playing a coloured spell this turn is gone. It's like a Blood moon for black on a stick.
Add in the fact he can give your creatures effectively swamp walk and is very cheap for his abilities, he's amazing! Of course he must be played in combinatio... (see all)
