This apparently turns Zur, the Enchanter from 'merely OP' to Public Douchebag #1 of EDH. Why is it only 3 stars?

Its terrible to be against a zur with this on it... but on corollary if you actually manage to get this onto an opponent's zur (or any other commander that relies on combat), you can nullify your opponents commander for the rest of the game at the cost of UU per turn.


Phase it out during their upkeep and make sure to have enough mana to do it more than once for when they inevitably try to respond to being screwed..

This used to be banned in 1-on-1 Commander, but now they've banned Zur as a Commander instead.

Seems pretty damn good. Turns everything with evasion into AEtherling.
