Revel in your victory as your opponent scratches his head in confusion and says, "I just lost to what?"

The best use for this card is in a weird combo deck with no lands alongside Balustrade Spy. I'm working on that for Legacy now.

Clearly for the Dimir, but there's two problems: (1) Dimir doesn't get many creatures out and (2) those that DO get out cannot afford to be sacrificed.

This looks like Mind Shrieker in that it could probably be competitive but no one will really try.

Hi I was just wondering if his ability targets a creature, say if I sacrificed an Agent of the Fates then would my opponents also have to sacrifice a creature as well as mill?

This reminds me of selhoff occultist, and they are both Dimir colors, and can handle heartless summoning... Also, invisible stalker and call to the kindred are still a thing in standard.
