Undead Alchemst = More sacrifices to continue milling.
Throw in Ghost Quarter to help rid their library of more lands (as well as destroying their special lands...) for a FURTHER milling process.
Throw in Trepenation Blade for EVEN MOREEEE.
Crypt Ghast for more mana to feed the Sacrifice costs... and gg.

New use for Butcher Ghoul and Gravecrawler. This should be at least 3 stars.

I have a dimir deck but I only side board this guy. I play with fliers and unblockables cipher.I have thought about using this guy to sac my other flying creatures and unnecessary unblockables once i get one with ciphers ready. Its an idea but that wwould mean I have to remove suck stuff to slide him in. thx but pass.

Can make a player keep topdecking lands. This can be infuriating for them especially if you have a reassembling skeleton or a mortis strider.

I liked playing this for its mill potential but started using it in a BW human reanimator deck. Once I get a Grimoire of the dead out, I dump all my creatures into self milling and finish up with an elixir of immortality to get all the land and spells back.

The precursor of this is not Lurking Informant but rather Hermit Druid. Of course, though it might not seem obvious at first, Hermit Druid is one of the most powerful creatures in the entire game (there's a reason it's banned in Legacy), whereas this guy is just meh.

Undercity Informer with Fiend Hunter, Angel of Glory's Rise, Burning-Tree Emissary, and Unburial Rites with lots of duel land and (self) milling cards: game, set, match.
Unless your opponent has Rest In Peace or Ground Seal or Grave Betrayal or the like, it's a pretty much unstoppable victorious combo -a beating so bad, someone will probably have to file a police report afterwards.
