Bad card. All the disadvantages of auras on a card that doesn't do anything for a full turn and gives a tiny bonus on the second turn. Sure, some creatures can make good use of +1/+1 counters, but regarding the speed of this card with the risk of card disadvantage, it's not worth it.

Gets 3/5 from me because it is slightly overpowered and is yet another card that obsoletes older cards that were well liked: Momentum and Primal Cocoon.
Should be an uncommon and possess a clause such as: Sacrifice this enchantment if the enchanted creature has three or more +1/+1 counters on it.

Hate to be the downer here, but this isn't a great card, it isn't even a good card.
Its an aura that provides no protection to itself or its target, and does nothing when it comes out. The cost isn't just , it is also a card that you are risking on a creature. You are now gambling two cards on that creature's continued existence. The thing that really kills it for me though is that it does nothing when it hits the table and honestly works too slowly to be useful. Play this card on turn 2 onto your Llanowar Elves, and on turn 5 you have a 4/4. If your opponent kills that creature at any point along the way, in combat or with a spell, then you lose 2 cards. They gain card advantage over you by killing it.
Compare this with a card like Hunger of the Howlpack which does one or three counters at instant speed, or Ring of Kalonia, a mediocre card that grows your green creatures but also grants a useful ability in trample an... (see all)
