Perfectly decent limited card. The people who complain about this being a functional reprint of Iona's Judgement are probably the same ones who complain about power creep.

Pure flavor. An extreme card, just like Boros. Exiling, both in flavor and in game, is often unnecessary, seeing as Path to Exile, Oblivion Ring, and Iona's Judgement all exist. It's the same as the last card, and outclassed by the first two. It costs so much more mana than is needed or worthy.
And that the Azorius couldn't muss up their affairs? They do a much better job at what this is trying to do; the Boros are ruled by the ideals of the Angels, rather than the logic of the Sphinxes.

Iona's Judgment was pretty meh, but that card was unlucky enough to be part of the fastest limited format ever. Gatecrash doesn't seem nearly as aggressive (although Boros and Gruul can certainly blow you right out of the water if you're not careful), and because of that this functional reprint might be an acceptable one-of removal spell in your five mana slot. If I'm in white, I don't mind having one.

Constructed? No thanks.

Hmmm... I guess it makes sense that the Boros Legion would practice extraordinary rendition.

"Alright buddy we're taking you to a place where the Guildpact no longer applies... the original 'international waters'... the sky!
