Throw in Vexing Devil and Dash Hopes while you're keeping with the Punisher theme.

Tibalt's deck has all the mindgames. Because Tibalt is crazy. Just like Hooch.

So good. I put this in my Tajic EDH deck because casting board wipes is actually me being aggressive (kill all the blockers, and then swing through with Tajic). With this card, they choose to take 6 damage, or lose their blockers and get hit by Tajic (+ all the creatures that can dodge board wipes like Gideon Jura and manlands).
Flash it back next turn with Recoup.
Note: My Tajic deck is built for french EDH (30 starting life, 1v1, different ban list to stop stupid things like sol ring).

Outstanding reprint card for Tibalt. Tibalt wins by using a bunch of cards other/better than himself and just playing Dumb RDW. :P

This is one of the best red spells ever printed IMO. When played in the right deck of course.

Always loved the "Punisher" spells, and especially in this deck, where they are very flavorful for Tibalt.
They get a lot of hate for giving your opponent choices, but if played right, none of them should be good choices for him. Breaking Point especially has two options for you opponent: A way undercosted burn, or a slightly undercosted board wipe. No matter what he chooses, this card is a lot of value for 3 mana.

A good thing to reprint, and makes sense given Tibalt's deck design

This makes me wish that Choice of Damnations was also in Tibalt's deck. It's such a fun card still fits the "Opponent chooses -- Death or Death" theme.

What's with all the crazy old cards in these Duel Decks?
Not that I'm complaining, more of this please Wizards!
