Yeah, that ability is win-more in text form. I guess if you somehow played a Sorin's Vengeance at the start of the game, he's good? Yeah, definitely more for EDH, and I'd honestly prefer other stuff to him.

You know, this art looks like it could have been intended for a Planeswalker card.
Although Domri Rade showed that not every Planeswalker card will have definite objects "coming out" of the artwork onto the card,
I could see the bottom of his staff (or whatever that thing is) and maybe the top of the chair in the background coming out.
I just love the way this card's art is so smug and delighted.
As for function, I really enjoy the card, and I'm ignoring the last half.
Adding the last half as just a nice "What If?" just solidifies it's coolness in my eyes.

Someone said : "Vizkopa is the bank of Ravnica" and this guy is self-protected from his own guild colors !
Did it not sounds like he his the master bankster ?? He's of course a vampire...
With his lifelink he drains money and when he robbed you for half yours he turns into a flying untoucheable son of a bip...
And then always the money goes for women.
