I've decided I no longer want to play any Limited Deck Ever, in All Limited Formats Ever that doesn't consist of
17 Orzhov Guildgates
23 Tithe Drinkers
Running Guildgates instead of Basics gives my opponents a pretend fighting chance ;)
It will be tricky attempting to sneak Tithe Drinkers into Alpha Packs, but I think I can persuade people to let me get away with it if I let them have the Mox in exchange for loading 5 of these into the pack :D
Or the Morphling from an Urza's Saga pack.
Or like, any Rare or Mythic from any Set Ever, there is a chance this could be a better Limited Card than That Card.
Only Doom Blade, Path to Exile, and Lightning Bolt can compete in my book. Not Counters because Blue just isn't usually good at Limited- in the sense that an Actually Mono Blue Deck will work. You practically always need to Splash, whereas Black, White, and Red can Mono-color gunsling at need if they open enough of their removal :)

This card is great in limited, but in constructed it's not playable. For those mana colors, I'd rather have a High Priest of Penance, because at least if someone burns it, I get to destroy their planeswalker and it will deter them from attacking. This really doesn't do anything other then being an extorter with lifelink. Great in limited, not standard playable.
