So, Wings of Velis Vel that costs 1 more (colored) mana for the chance to overload it. Unfortunately, it removes all abilities, so it doesn't work so well with saboteurs like Cephalid Constable or Cold-Eyed Selkie. Still triggers Cipher abilities, though.

Dragonshift for standard is not something I would run. Its overload cost can be good, but its regular ability is ok. I can possibly boost your creatures and weaken others. Maybe a stall deck with a lot of low level tokens could pull this off, but not usable for most decks. 2.5/5.

I'm going to make a deck with this, Battle Hymn and token makers like Gather the Townsfolk, Krenko's Command, Lingering Souls etc., just so I can attack with 10 or so dragons in standard. Throw in some cards like Past in Flames, Goblin Electromancer and you have something very similar to the Burn at the Stake deck that saw some standard play. I loved that deck.
