Doesn't look much like unflinching courage to me, looks more like running in terror to me.

@Continue; Armadillo Cloak would not save you if you would die from combat damage while this would since it is a triggered ability so it happens after combat while lifelink would.

Re. the art: maybe I'm missing something but if this is really "unflinching courage," then why are the goblins or whatever they are running away from the rhino-like creature?

The name is not that good, but the artwork makes it worse. Waiting for a reprint with a better one.

Don't laugh. It still works.

This is probably the card I'm most excited for in Dragon's Maze.
And as most of the comments say: Don't choose this over Armadillo Cloak. Put them both on the same creature.
Armadillo cloak not being modern was it's only drawback for me. This is more than acceptable.

Life gain and enchantments are both tricky, they only work when they're efficient.
This is still efficient years later.

Great card, weird art.

Strictly worse than Armadillo Cloak, due to how lifelink works compared to the cloak's ability. Still an amazing card. 5/5
Edit: Guys, you're missing the point of what I'm saying. This would be functionally identical to the cloak but for two things.
1) You can enchant your opponent's creatures with Armadillo Cloak as a sort of Pacifism.
2) Multiple instances of lifelink don't stack. Armadillo Cloak's ability does.
