One of only a few fuse cards that doesn't really combo with itself. Opponents should still have more that two cards at turn four, so the Mind Rot component is alright.

Let's stop and compare for a moment.
Treasured Find has 2 cmc but costs GreenBlack AND exiles itself. You're probably not going to be using it on turn 2 either (mill decks excepted).
Down//Dirty costs 3 for return side and DOESN'T exile itself, and has an added discard side to it if you don't really need to return anything. Much more variety in available options. Doesn't matter that you're not running a discard deck, it still gives you card advantage.
Additionally, if you have 2 in hand and 7 mana, you can constantly make your opponent discard while bringing the other one back next turn.
You can also still use it in mono black or mono green.

So... Treasured Find = good speed, limited to GreenBlack deck and one cast only.
Down//Dirty = more variety, card advantage, and potential recursive casting.

Technically this is better. Could stand to be cheaper by 1 but would... (see all)

The way I've heard it put is that this card is one of the best "split" cards, but one of the worst "fuse" cards.
It just doesn't have that combo-in-a-can feel that the rest of the split cards do. Two great options, but basically on par with Protect//Serve and Profit//Loss in terms of fuse synergy.
