Any kind of land destruction deck loves this, and any deck can benefit from a card + land advantage. Always a fun card to run. Much stronger if you got to go first.

This is especially good if you're playing against a landfall deck. Especially if you play it in response to an Explore.

@buffjittePLZ: panoptic mirror won't work as it copies the spell during YOUR upkeep. unless you targeted yourself for some idiotic reason, the card would just let you draw and do nothing else.
