Looks to me like a crappier version of Commander Eesha. Sure, it got one more power, but the Eesha was unblockable, couldn't be targeted by creature abilities, and harder to burn or -x/-x to death.
Not saying that the Seraph is that horrible. It's awesome in limited. But just so-so in constructed.

Not bad, just... boring.

Obligatory "Dies to lightning bolt" comment.

I predict this card being a big pain in the ass when combo'd with all these enchantments running around

Hope this is monitored by Wotc.. If Seraph of the Sword is blocking a trampling doublestriker does she absorb 3 damage once or twice?
Figure it's twice but I'd like confirmation.

For being THE Seraph of the Sword, that's quite an insignificant sword you got there...

I am a bit confused by the text. Prevent all damage, what does this mean? Is it an indestructible?

She's not indestructible, since she can still be killed by things that just say "destroy", as well as by non-combat damage. The ability does exactly what it says: It prevents all combat damage.
