Useful for all those times your sliver deck hasn't already won when it hits 6 mana. Which is how often, exactly?
Actually, I take that back: It's not useful all of those times. If your opponent has lasted that long, it's probably because he has some way of preventing you from attacking at all, in which case this still doesn't help.

This plus a striking sliver and battle sliver just won me a bunch of games at the prerelease. 2 8/6 first striking gigantic (megantic :) slivers are fun. Even when they use pacifismon it it still boosted my other guys (no one seemed to have doom blade and it would take alot of burn damage to kill it)
