I can see this being pretty good in Standard. It didn't do much for me in the pre-release though, and I was running 10 instants and sorceries, which I'd say is quite a few in sealed.

Why do Izzet end up getting all the interestingly build-able stuff at the three-drop slot? Wee Dragonauts, Nivix Cyclops, this, even supporting spells like Electrolyze.
