It's true that it'd be a lot better with a {2}{G}{W} monstrous cost, but that'd be ridiculous. As it is, it's a Watchwolf with a great combat trick and spot removal/board-wipe resistance that should see a bit of play in the Modern {G}{W} Hatebears deck.

Voice of Resurgence *might* keep it out of standard for the time being. Still very, very good.

Ways to deal with a monstrous Fleecemane Lion:
Far // Away, Devour Flesh, Merciless Eviction, Renounce the Guilds, Celestial Flare, or block it forever with Aetherling, Blood Baron of Vizkopa, Stormbreath Dragon, Assemble the Legion, Wall of Frost, Elspeth, Suns's Champion or any of the indestructible Gods.

I don't think this card is unfair. Historically it seems like Selesnya was known as a weak color combination and even though I'm a control player, I think the GW color combination deserves to have something like this creature and Voice of Resurgence going for it, because it doesn't offer too much else.
