Note that her card draw is not optional.

So far the only enchantress that triggers the carddraw not when casting it, but with a put-into-graveyard/"pig" effect instead.
This makes her a great choice if you're going to use Enchantments that return themselves when they (or the creature they are enchanting) is put into a graveyard.
Possible choices are the aforementioned Rancor, the Genju Land Aura cycle, Aspect of the Mongoose, Spirit Loop, or Spreading Algae.
Some Auras will even directly return to the battlefield, most notably Screams from Within, which will allow you to draw a card for each of your opponent's x/1 creature hosed.
Reins of the Veinsteed is more useful for your own creatures, and the Dragon Auras also return directly.
Enchantments which have an inherent ability that allows saccing them might of course be useful as well.

I run this in my Auratog deck.
Rancor and Auratog with this, Argothian Enchantress, Hatching Plans,Sigil of the Empty Throne.
It's one of the most fun decks I've played.

@pedrodyl I'd say no, because it's no longer an enchantment at that point, but I might be wrong.

This can work extremely well with Arachnus Spinner and Arachnus Web. It kinda needs to be a spider-heavy deck to really get the Webs going, but it works like a charm and draws up to four cards per turn.

Seal of strength, briar Shield ,seal of fire
Just be careful not to deck yourself with the non optional card draw

Triggers on opponent's enchantments bwing fried, too. Run with Arenson's Aura, Tranquil Grove, and of course the usual suspects.

Combos well with Aura of Silence or Rancor.

"lose less" is pretty much the win-con in enchantment decks :P

She's ok, but if you put her in your deck, you're planning to lose your enchantments. I don't think 'lose less' cards are inherently strong.
