I honestly do agree players are rating cards in bad judgement, Many of the Theros gods once had high ratings now they are rated lower then some crappy spells. Good comment, and I hope it brings some awareness to payers.

While I'm not sure that exactly that is happening, it is a reasonable theory.
One such card might have been Sol Ring. At one time the highest on the gather, it droped about .25. While this could not be an example, it does seem a bit odd.
Nice idea though, and I like your comment.
