I may run blue just to be able to use this card. Incredibly cost-efficient for what it manages to pull off.

- Costs only U
- Untaps two creatures*
- Extra +0/+6 across those creatures
- Targets, can be used for Heroic
- Sleeps attackers

*Note that you can use this effect favorably with some other cards. Witches' Eye comes to mind for Limited.

Its an efficient combat trick.
Puts opponent's creatures to sleep.
Saves your creatures from lightning bolts.
Helps your creatures scoff at the anger of the gods. (no easy task!)

Good gods, this is efficient. A total of 6 toughness for {U} is already good, then it untaps the creatures for surprise value, then it locks down two enemy creatures (an effect that Frost Breath demands 4 mana for, even if it CAN target anything) as well? This card does so much for so little.

I feel like this card was designed to be complex just so you can say in a deep voice 'Tactics!' when this wins you a game or has a large impact.

It really is quite entertaining. Oh, and 'tactical'.
