The fist thing that comes to mind is Augur of Bolas, which dug deeper and put a card in your hand. This is good if you happen to dig up your bomb and want it to stay. Art is absolutely gorgeous, though.

Blocks bears and gives the controller five options to consider. Doesn't draw a card, but sometimes it'll feel like that.

Yes, she is practically worse than Augur. No, she will still see play, because the control decks need an early creature to roadblock, you can't go full of Sin Collector, because he just trades.

This is not Sea Gate Oracle which, being another common, seems like a more apt comparison than to Augur of Bolas. Sometimes when a good card rotates you have to settle for second/third best, hoping that you won't miss the card draw. This is fine in Limited and probably will see play in some Standard decks, but it is by no means 'good'. It is adequate.

Instead of comparing her with Augur of Bolas, compare her with Augury Owl. Sadly, she still falls a bit short in that comparison as well.
