Not sure how to call this card. I feel like if I was building deliberately to find a home for a card like this, it would be easy to build a Deck that felt all around very Pre-Con, like Commander or Duel Decks or Intro Packs, but I think even though I could find reasons to want "Flicker" effects, this one doesn't impress and I would end up cutting it for something else-- UNLESS I really was going for VERY specific use--- like so Specific the only Commanders I'd consider it on are Uril and Bruna.

Just begging for all those cantrip auras, but as others have said, needs a very deliberate deck.
Ajani's chosen, academy researchers, auratouched mage, bramble elemental, etc. Unfortunately the enchantresses don't exactly work here, as thats "when you cast" not "when it comes into play".
Also, it's Tawnos's Coffin (which itself was Oubliette)!

Oop, Bruna disappeared again. Very convenient since it lets her attack/block, grab her enchantments, and run.
