Being a living skeleton is one thing, but I wonder how these manage to fly with a patagium that's damaged like that.

I suppose it's a good defender for the life-gain deck, and it hardly matters if its toughness is 1 or 4, since it can regenerate for "free".
That being said, I think I'd rather see Sentry of the Underworld in this, although it doesn't look like many cards from Theros can go into this pre-con, can it?
