I'll admit that when it comes to Bant flicker schemes, the first phantom that comes to mind for inclusion is Phantom Flock, not this. I can see how people might prefer being able to put counters back on via the card itself, though.

This card is a POWERHOUSE. It has to be removed in a way other than combat or burn, and benefits from +1 placement like no other with built in trample. Spike wants to run playset of him, Corspejack Menace, and Increasing Savagery.
I've been waiting for a reprint forever! Looking real snazzy.

He's probably a bit more terrifying than he looks, particularly when you stack several Derevi triggers on him at once and tap him 3-6 times in one go.
