So... let's chat about Enchantment Creatures. There are the Gods, of course. The Bestow creatures - the gifts of the Gods. The Constellation creatures - the doodles of the Gods. The creatures with big sweeping global effects - the neighbors of the Gods. And then there's this weirdo. What's up with this thing? Why is it an Enchantment?
All these words are really just to distract me from the fact that this thing looks like a Ceti Eel and I'm terrified that Ricardo Montalban will drop one in my ear and send me after the Genesis Device. It's not really working though.

If you time it just right, sacrifice it while it's 'comes into play' effect is still on the stack, thus permanently removing a card in your opponent's hand for good. It's the same trick that mesmeric fiend was good for back in the day.

This card would have been right at home in Innistrad block, the HORRIFIC MAGGOTY MONSTER.
And yet somehow it's one of the more adorable cards in the set... I can imagine I'll be calling it "Maggoty The Maggot" once I start playing with it.

Silence the Believers, Drown in Sorrow, Doomwake Giant, Anger the Gods all used for 2+-for-1s, can't attack or block, I think this card is super overrated in anything but limited.

Under most circumstances I imagine people will still prefer Tidehollow Sculler, that said, Athreos, God of Passage is going to make this little pest a major annoyance.

Don't forget that this one is an enchantment. Overall, it's probably worse to be an enchantment creature than just a creature, but it's at least different.
