Starro lives! This is a card I'd love to see in every pool I get when I want to play Blue.

Excellent, excellent 2 drop in limited. A roadblock to tons of early creatures and deck manipulation, what more can a control deck want?
Compare to Omenspeaker in the same slot. Omenspeaker will kill/trade with some creatures and nets you the scry immediately, better guaranteeing your 3rd or 4th land drops. Scryfish here will last longer into the late game however. At the prerelease he netted me my 7th land for a Scourge of Fleets on multiple occasions. The other downside to that is you will not be inclined to use him to chump as you might with Omenspeaker, and the delay from entering play to scrying means he's a bad late game draw. Still, there are few better turn 2 plays in Journey limited.
Or let me put it this way, he was so good I had multiple people dropping Banishing Light just to get rid of this. Yes, it is good.

Best card ever printed. End of story. 99999/5, No need to print anymore cards.
Conditionally better than Thassa, god of the Sea solid casting cost, acts as if you play a scryland every single turn...
It's interesting to compare this to Nat Pagle in Hearthstone, it doesn't have a chance to draw an extra card, but it is a turn 2 reusable creature outside of most simple removal, forcing opponent to use 2 casting cost or higher removal to get rid of it.
It blocks rakdos cackler, firedrinker satyr, ash zealot...
WORSE, it can block AND scry at the same time, in the same format as triton tactics, which can slow down red substantially, into a place where they can no longer win before you wipe their board, or establish your own blockers/threats.
This card is definitely blue.

I played a sealed event this afternoon. Scryfish caused more fear and aggravation than the Thassa my friend pulled.
Get those extra lands out of your draw
Block those 2/1 and 2/2 threats.
There is literally NOTHING bad about Scryfish. I love this thing.
5/5 in limited
4/5 in constructed

I love this little one! Journey Into Nyx is a fun set all around, but this unassuming little common is my favorite card in it. As others have said, it does very well in limited. I ended up with two at the prerelease, and they worked wonders -- they carried me to some wins almost singlehandedly.
It's also fantastic that the ever-lovable Spiny Starfish doesn't have to be alone anymore! Now where's that starfish lord, Wizards?

@SirLibraryEater
You've won the game if you're drawing the card you want every turn.
