What an upgrade over Triton Shorethief! I can imagine playing this turn 1, then Hidden Strings and Kiora's Follower on turn 2, then a Pain Seer or Disciple of Deceit post-combat, with the help of dual lands. Cipher is less exciting without Invisible Stalker, but I might try to make a Cipher deck for Standard again.

Combine with ordeals and ETB enchantments, then have a Triton Cavalry and a Floodtide Serpent with some constellation guys and you have a pretty effective enchantment aggro blue deck. Stratus walk, Aqueous Form, Fate Foretold, any bestow creature, Ephara's Enlightenment, etc...
