It isn't actually that bad for limited. The only cards at common that lead to card disadvantage are Terror, Unsummon and Boomerang.
Most of the other removal is X-costed. I would take it out against blue but otherwise it isn't that bad.

Unsummon and Boomerang won't lead to card disadvantage. Bounce spells themselves have an inherent card disadvantage, so they would be trading one for one if they hit a creature with an aura.

Serra's Embrace is preferred to this card as Serra gives both flying and vigilance, both very good abilities in exchange for 1 P/T
Auras this costly are below par at best, cos white doesn't often need P/T boosts at such high mana costs
