Alright, I know there are a hundred better ways of doing this..

First off, toss a Basilisk Collar or something else to give it deathtouch.
Then add a pinging option of your choice.

In color:
Sinstriker's Will: Tap: Gain control of target attacking or blocking creature.

Splashable:
Dizzying Gaze: Red: Gain control of target flying creature.
Fire whip, Hermetic Study: Tap: Gain control of target creature.

Artifact:
Thornbite Staff: 2Tap: Gain control of target creature, untap Seraph.
Viridian Longbow: Tap: Gain control of target creature.


The best way of taking mass control that I see would be to combine Dizzying Gaze with Sky Weaver or a donated Levitation. Of course, that's costing you 13WhiteRedBlueBlueBlue, with an additional Red for each creature you want to take.. Compared to ... (see all)

Use High Ground. Boom. Massive board advantage. Especially with deathtouch. Or at least the opponent will be very hesitant in committing to an attack. Or, if you want to go on the offensive, equip her with Grappling Hook (preferrably by means of Quest for the Holy Relic, Brass Squire, etc), and you'll be able to claim even your opponents' most cherished utility creatures.

EDIT: Though you'd need a Magebane Armor or something to capture most utility creatures. Which is not so bad, since you'd want to protect her anyways.

The fact that you get to keep the creature permanently if Seraph dies makes her a powerful deterrent to large creatures attacking you.

So bury was errata to sacrifice in this case, interesting.

Then again they did not have indestructible back then, so one could make that leap.

Ironically, her flying ability makes her very hard to block, which would at the same time prevents her from using her ability. Sigh.
