Use to be good when mana burn was around. I would trick everyone into saving up mana then sac the upwelling and watch them drown in mana. Only works once, lol. But alas, no more mana burn.

First permenant with the "mana doesn't empty out of the mana pool at end of phases", "mana doesn't cause mana burn", and the rarest of the three effects, "mana doesn't empty out of the mana pool at end of turn". Priced as for being the only permenant with the three effects. Now that one of those effects is part of the basic rules and the other two are on other permenants, this is overpriced.
