I used this in my Venser/Phasing deck. The deck wasn't all that good, but when I casted this, I usually took control of the game quickly.

I love using this in my Gisela boros EDH deck.
first thing i bring back is a Sun Titan, returning a Stoneforge Mystic from my graveyard. next play a mountain (have Anger in my graveyard), declare attack and return a W land. tap the lands and stoneforge mystic to play the equipment i looked for

@moonmist103: If you really want to troll, cast this in a multiplayer game and scoop after it resolves. Especially in EDH if everyone opted to actually exile their commanders.

That's indeed a very appealing card to build a deck around.
Paradox Haze is another card that comes to mind, so i guess most decks based on this card will be splashed with blue.
Although mana ramps won't be a bad idea with that card's casting cost as well i guess.

gus, this does not combo with Selective Memory. Dimensional Breach can only recognize cards that it exiled itself, not cards that were already exiled by other effects.
