For four mana and can make your Emrakul irrelevant.

This is a terrible card. It is so bad, that it got my inner johnny pumping, but then I got bored after I found that the obvious combos are functional without this.
Green is supposed to be the best accelerator, and yet there are many artifacts for four or less that get you or without being broken. Yes, the repeatable nature offers some combo potential, at the cost of making it criminally expensive for its intended purpose, and useless for your cheap spells.

Kind of meh compared to green's usual fare.

A lot of fun in my Captain Sisay EDH deck. Sisay yanks out expensive creatures, and they're not (as) expensive with this dude.

@ShinyUmbraeon: while we're at it, why not just Elvish Piper?

I've always played creature heavy decks, and with these guys getting out my big stompers - gotta love it.
