Of all the muses, this one's flavor text is odd. White's quote is from Akroma, Green from Kamahl, Black by Phage and Blue by Ixidor.
But Matoc isn't anyone, except in Flavor text. I just find that odd.

Great card for aggressive black and red decks, that feature discard like Blazing Specter. That way the muse can deal up to 6 damage each turn, finishing games quickly.

Combine with Pain Magnification and your opponents will never be able to get above two cards without draw spells, once you've gotten them down there.

At worst, a Hill Giant. At best, an effective tool to eke out extra nontargeted damage against multiple opponents, and a clock, especially if you are utilizing discard and Megrim or Blightning.
