It should have "if a devil would be put in the graveyard from play return it to the battlefield under its owners control"( sympathy for the devil)

For those who lament why doesn't this affect non-wall defenders:

Conceptually walls are immobile structures where as non-wall defenders are home guard. So you need magic to get walls to attack, but you need a order from superiors to get a home guard to attack.
