Nearly strictly worse than Joraga Treespeaker, but that card costs 1GreenGreen to play and activate while this one is just 2Green. Plus, this one can't be Pithing Needled, whereas the Treespeaker can be prevented from leveling up.

Still, Joraga Treespeaker is by far the better card, so I would always play it over this card.
