It's good, for sure. However, I wouldn't usually bother to pay the 8 life to untap it, I'd rather use Tideforce Elemental or Fatestitcher. This is quite what you call a bomb.

Umbral Mantle is good. But I prefer Necromancy for a reanimator. I guess that's not colourless though.

Your probably better off with Hand of Emrakul today. But its still respectable fatty and works well with untap.

White border: Bad
7th Edit artwork: Less good
Modern artifact border: Bad

I think the modern artifact border is neccessary but I reeeally prefer the old artifact borders.
