Perhaps the best mana myr, red loves this sort of thing. Sisters of the Flame isn't half bad, and this is also useable.
Fellwar stone is the second closest thing I can think of that gives red an extra mana producer that sticks around, at least in a pauper deck or generally a budget deck. Fellwar stone is good too, but you may need the color red.
