Just to be clear, you can pay the cost multiple times in response to itself in order to target multiple creatures, correct? That's the impression i am getting from this, similar to Phyrexian infiltrator.

Is it possible to exile creatures from gravevards rather from play with Carrionette's ability?

this card is really powerful in the appropriate deck. this card is often a 2 for 1 as it will typically chump block in the early game and kill low toughness creatures. to maximize its RFG ability I play it in my mono black land destruction deck with 4 Korlash, Heir to Blackblade to help ramp up for a double whammy in the late game. even without land destruction, this card forces the opponent to keep 2 lands untapped at all times or risk losing his best creature.
