I kind of hate this card, because it makes you want to hoard lands in your hand to make good use of it, but it also wants you to pay lots of mana for X...hmm, what to do...

Heh, in a 
deck running Tamiyo, the Moon Sage if her -8 ability is off, this can be hilarious - build up and discard an insane-sized land filled hand and destroy all opponent's lands (and all those cards go back to your hand). :P
