If you plan on using the same equipment to bolster multiple creatures, you can't. Creatures don't deal combat damage in order. . . I think. . . If so, you could do that and respond to each creature's instance of combat damage. However, if damage is dealt simultaneously, as I said before, you simply can't.
I checked the rules; if something uses the stack, like a spell or ability, you can respond to it, but since it doesn't you cannot respond to it:
510.1. First, the active player announces how each attacking creature assigns its combat damage, then the defending player announces how each blocking creature assigns its combat damage. This turn-based action doesn’t use the stack.

@holgir: Actually, I would say that, if I were in this situation, all my creatures are in a selective quantum state of having shroud. So when do they actually have shroud? If an opponent is targeting something I own, it has shroud. If I'm targetting something I own, it doesn't have shroud, since i can de-equip at instant speed too. I suppose then all my creatures all practically have functional hexproof, which is just crazy to think about.

How exactly does this gal stack up under the M10 rulings? Suppose I had 3-4 creatures swinging and a Shuko attached to one of them, and this gal in play. Would I be able to give +1/+0 to all of them or just one of them?
