@crazyb01: No. Equiping and enchanting involves targeting, which this doesn't allow. You could still attach equipment or enchantments to an artifact creature as long as it is done so without equiping or enchanting (e.g., Soverigns of Lost Alara for enchantments).

I'm surprised I don't see this more often in Sharuum Commander decks.

Really great card for artifact decks. And its white, allied with blue for things like Tolarian Academy and Tinker and the same color as things like Ethersworn Canonist. With the mirrodin land, this effectively gives all your land Shroud as well. If you really want to combo off, you could use cards like Memnarch to give this card shroud as well.

Hilarious against memnarch decks completely invalidates the deck premise i make your card an artifact then it can't target it.
