Does anybody else realize that this card goes to your graveyard whilst time reversal gets exiled? Besides, when you have infinite mana, this turns into a budget twister for draw-7 (because everything else is so damn expensive).
Combos aside, it's a 9 mana exact copy of TimeTwister that can be used differently depending on the situation, which TimeTwister can't do. I'm not saying that this card is anything compared to TimeTwister, but I don't think it's as bad as most people seem to think (kind of like Sphinx of Uthuun.
This card is best used if you want to play through your deck multiple times I think; it allows so many possibilities that aren't possible otherwise. (ex: Allowing a single Hornet Sting to be your win-con. Believe me, I had the deck.)
With hat being said, I'd rate this a 4.5/5 since it is a reprint of a P9 card with the option to trigger either half of the ability, as well as the full ability. Mana cost is irrelevant... (see all)

Almost entirely worthless now that Time Reversal has been printed.
Edit; I was way off.
Really bad Timetwister, or really good universal Identity Crisis?
You be the judge.

So many people do not seem to realize that this card is best when you think you have the advantage and you play it to remove both the hand of graveyard of everyone. You force them to try to top-deck solutions.
3.5/5 from me, and 4.5/5 for commander.

This card would be great with a reverse entwine mechanic. For example, if it costs 2 LESS if entwined. Going off of Time Reversal, that would be fair and make it more versatile.
