all of the deceivers are mostly worthless, and this is oddly the best of the cycle. and I'm speaking as a johnny here.

The Deceivers would be better if their second ability cost one mana of the creature's color, even so, Feral would still be the only playable one.
Toughness should have been 3.

Barely playable. Only in green aggro mana ramp decks would this card be somewhat useful, any other deck its a joke.

Could be used with things like Call of the Wild or to ensure your Summoning Trap hits something..but for those uses Oracle of Mul Daya fits the bill much better.
