Seems like this guy would work well with Retrace cards.

Not too shabby. At the very least she's an evasive attacker who makes a good target for equipment (note how her ability doesn't need to tap), and at best she turns excess land into card draw. Also sick with retrace.

I find it odd that no one noticed it's a evasive rogue in addition to it's card draw mechanics. THAT is what makes this card useful.

I'd play this in a black and blue deck, but not mono blue, unless, as Ignasier and Tiggurix said, I was using the extra land for landfall or retrace or something. Blue has so many other card drawing mechanics that I don't need to bounce land to my hand and discard a card to get a draw.
However...
If I were returning lands that had no depletion counters or one that had a nifty cip effect, then that might also be a different story.

I think that this card is a little misunderstood.
In the early game is a 1/1 with flying, nothing special, but not bad. In the late game, like Ignasier said, is a Trade Routes so you can use its ability to return unless lands and draw cards. Since it's always useful, I think that it can be worth something...

one of the better Moonfolk imo. seeing as he is from Kamigawa, his primary function would have been to get rid of duplicate legendaries, then maybe sac him to Patron of the Moon. also, Azusa, Lost but Seeking fixes any problem with moonfolk.

Please enlighten me, because i don't see how this card can be so bad, it's like Trade Routes and generates a lot of card advantage in the right deck and it's good with landfall also.
