A card that desperately needs to be reworded or remade - without manaburn, it is useless.

This card is NOT useless! Manabarbs, Winter Orb, Psychic Venom, and several other cards can make tapping a land bad for your opponent.

Whenever I cast this before Manabarbs people desperately try to figure out what it does, convinced they're missing something. "No, it doesn't do anything right now. You can just tap your lands right before your untap step and be just fine. Yes, there's a reason I'm playing it. No, the reason isn't masochism."
