This is actually pretty good. Blue doesn't usually get beefy flyers for cheap and this one includes a really cool ability.

I agree with Shahrazad. I would gladly add this to a blue deck as a reasonably secure damager.

Quicksilver Dragon says hi.

It was better in its day, but a 4/3 almost-shroud flyer for 5 is not bad.

No, sorry you can't redirect a triggered No Mercy . No mercy never targets a creature, it is simply a triggered ability with a global effect, nothing is targeted by the card, it is just a "fact of life" that creatures that hurt you will be destroyed so long as the enchantment is out.
This applies to creatures with protection from black as well.

The second ability is practically useless, since no one will try to target it. It pretty much just has shroud.

Coalition Flag. That is all.

A nice creature, for sure, but Quicksilver Dragon is more beefy, and probably better in almost all decks.
They both have that great re-direct ability though, which more or less nullifies any direct attacks on it so long as you have mana. Your enemy can always mess up though and Dismember a creature of their own.

Sad thing about its ability is that you'll never get to do anything cool with it. As long as you have U open, no one in their right mind will target it... Pity, really.
