Combo this + Summoning Station + Mycosynth Lattice
Tap summoning station to put a 2/2 colorless pincher token into play. Because Mycosynth Lattice makes it an artifact you are able to sacrifice it to Grinding Station. The artifact leaving play allows you to untap summoning station. Tap it again to put another 2/2 colorless artifact creature into play. Wash rinse repeat for a win on their draw step.

Good card, I combo this with 2 myr retriever
Sacrifice a retriever to activate grinding station, play the other retriever which will untap grnding station, sacrifice it with station and bring back your other retriever, untapping station and repeat until you win.

If you use Semblance Anvil you can actually make the Myr Retriever + Grinding Station Combo infinite by having it cover the mana cost of your guys :D

If you get this and a Salvaging Station in play with a Flayer Husk in the graveyard (or in play with his germ token), you can infinite mill. You use the Salvaging Station to put the Husk into play and you get a free germ token. The Husk untaps the Grinding Station. You use the Grinding Station to sacrifice the Husk and mill. The germ token dies due to having 0 toughness, which untaps the Salvaging Station. Rinse and repeat.

The Station order is:
Have creature: Blasting -> Salvaging -> Grinding -> Summoning -> Repeat
Have artifact: Grinding -> Summoning -> Blasting -> Salvaging -> Repeat
