Training Grounds is better, but only for decks that run blue. Heartstone is still good for all those other colors/combinations of colors that don't run blue.

Wait look! Is the Heartstone actually secretly made out of Darksteel??? We may never know! What a coincedence though lemme tell you. Does anyone else see what I mean about it being made of Darksteel?
